Aliaksandr Klaskouski - Belarus
The journalist and the political commentator Aliaksandr Klaskouski (b. 1958), Minsk, is one of the most respected independent political journalists in Belarus.
He heads the news agency BelaPAN’s analytical projects. As a shrewd observer of the situation in Belarus, he brings very special depth to his analyses.
He does not hesitate from criticising the politics of the country’s political leadership.
Aliaksandr Klaskouski was nominated by the German Embassy in Minsk and by the Friedrich-Naumann-Stiftung für die Freihet in Kiev.
